What is the Job Details page?
The Job Details page is a section on the app where you can find the type of job you'll be doing for the Customer, along with any new service notes that may have been added.
How do I get more Jobs?
Job distribution is tied to your Tier. Refer to this article Pro Tiers, Metrics, and Rewards FAQ for details on our Tier System.
You can suggest or recommend services in addition to mowing services.
Where can I see the Job Details?
You can see the Customer's job details by selecting the arrow beside the job from your Route List in your Today's Job.
Why do I keep receiving notifications to recommend services?
You will receive notifications to recommend services to your Customers every three months.
What information can I see on the Job Details page?
You will see the following details:

What does the house icon mean?
Selecting the green house icon will give you the options to:
- Get Directions - This will open Google Maps to give directions to the Customer's property.
- Message Customer - Also called the MMC feature where you can send and receive messages to and from your Customer.
- Recommend Service - This will let you recommend or suggest services to your Customers, depending on what they need.
Do I need to upload photos?
Uploading photos is required in certain situations, but you can choose to upload photos to a service to help resolve potential disputes or if property damage is being reported.
How do I check if I have the latest version of the Pro App?
For Apple users:
- Go to the App Store and select your Profile icon on the top right side.
- Locate your LS or LL Pro App.
- If it has the Update button, it means that you are using an outdated version and that you will need to update it by selecting the Update button.
- If it says Open, your app already has the latest version.
For Android users:
- Go to the Play Store and select your Profile icon on the top right side.
- Next, select Manage apps & device
- Under Updates available, choose See details
- If the LS or LL Pro app icon shows up, it means the app is outdated.
- Select the Update button to update the app.

How are jobs distributed among Pros?
- Jobs are distributed to the closest Pro by looking at the average distance of your current jobs from the subscription.
- If you are new, we use the center point of the circle that you placed when signing up or the address that you put as your Starting point.
How many jobs can I claim?
The number of jobs that you can see and claim depends on your Tier.
- Platinum Pros have a capacity of 20 jobs per day.
- Gold Pros have a capacity of 15 jobs per day.
- The rest have a capacity of 10 jobs per day.
What is the largest area that I can service?
You can service properties up to 160,000 sqft. / 3.67 acres.
- Make sure you only accept jobs that you are equipped to service.
What is Auto Placement?
Automatic Job Placement, also called Auto-Placement, is a feature that eligible Pros can opt into that allows LawnStarter/Lawn Love to place jobs onto your schedule in an effort to more efficiently service customers by pairing them with high-ranked and reliable crews. The jobs automatically placed on your schedule will be within 3 miles of your other jobs.
How can I be eligible for Auto Placement?
You must:
- Be a Platinum or Gold Tier Pro
- Have claimed more than 20 jobs in total
Can a Pro be taken off of Auto Placement?
Yes, if the Pro Tier is no longer Platinum or Gold and if you've dropped:
- Two or more Auto Placed jobs OR
- Your dropped Auto Placed jobs are more than 10%
