Intro
Pros will get a daily notification and email about handling their schedules. The Task dashboard will show either Suggested Reschedules or Finalize Schedule based on whether there are any suggested changes for the next 48 hours. This guide will help you understand and manage your schedule ahead of time.

Before You Begin
- Log in to your Pro App using your username and password.
- Must already received or claimed jobs in order to reflect the schedules on the app.
- Lawn Mowing jobs - Basic lawn mowing services
- Additional Services - Other services outside lawn mowing

Fix for Lawn Mowing - This job could mean two things:
- It could mean the previous Pro did a subpar job that needs fixing, and the original Pro is either unavailable or removed from the schedule.
- It could also mean that a One-Time Service Day Change was requested.
- Check the Customer's Service Details to make sure you know what parts of the yard are being serviced, as well as any other important information regarding their property.
Using the Suggested or Finalize Schedule
- Select Suggested Reschedules or Finalize (Day of the week), whichever is available from the Tasks dashboard.
- On the next screen, choose from:
- View Individual Jobs
- Keep all on (Original Day)

Reschedule All.
- The options will be the same on Finalize Schedule or Suggested Reschedule, but the screens will look different.

If you select View Individual Jobs, it should show all jobs scheduled on the date the inclement weather is expected. All of the following screens are the same whether you choose Finalize Schedule or Suggested Reschedules.
- On this next screen, you can choose each individual property by selecting Keep on (Original Day) or Reschedule.
- If you choose to Keep On (Original Day), it will be removed from the Suggested Reschedules and be set for the same day.
- If Reschedule was selected, it will take you to the Reschedule Job screen and you will be asked When should this job be rescheduled to? Tap on the box and choose the date you can complete the service.
- Once the rescheduled date has been selected, select Reschedule.
- If you would like to keep all on the same date or Reschedule All jobs, select the Back button.
- You will be back at the Suggested Reschedules screen, where you can choose Keep all on (Original Date) or Reschedule All jobs.
- Once you have decided on all jobs, you are all set and your schedule has been finalized!

App Icons Walkthrough
The LawnStarter/Lawn Love for Pros app allows you to claim jobs, manage schedules, and coordinate with crews. The Pro app icons can help you recognize a task, action, or information at a glance.
The house icon can be found beside your Customer's property address.
The calendar icon can be found beside your Customer's service schedule.
The red calendar icon means you have a job that is already due.
The check icon means the quote you submitted was approved by the Customer.
The thumbs-down icon means the quote you submitted was turned down by the Customer.
The timer icon means the quote is still pending Customer approval.
The blue number icon means you need to update a setting in the app.
This icon can be found under your Customer's scheduled service and will be visible when you have notified them that you are on the way.
This icon can be found beside a service that was rescheduled and shows how many times it was rescheduled.
This icon can be found under your Customer's scheduled service which means this is your first service with the property.
This icon can be found under your Customer's scheduled service which means the customer has added new details to the service.
The number icon in the Tasks screen is the number of tasks that need to be completed.
