Intro
In this guide, you'll learn how to efficiently manage job schedules and provide excellent Customer Service using the Pro App's features. Discover how to view job details, receive offers, handle scheduled jobs, and communicate seamlessly with Customers. Using these features will contribute to the success and growth of your lawn care business.

Before You Begin
- Your Pro account must be completely set up and your Pro status should already be active.
- Make sure that your App is updated to the latest version.
Pro App Features for Managing Jobs |

| Today's Job | This shows your daily schedule. |
| Notify Customer | Sends an alert to your Customer notifying them that you are on the way. |
| New Job Offer Alerts |
Notifies you whenever you receive new job offers.

| Customer Search | This is where you can look up a specific Customer to see their property and service details. |
| Available Jobs | This is where you can view and claim jobs. |
| Auto Placement |
This feature allows jobs to be automatically added to an eligible Pro's schedule.

Use Today's Job Feature
- Choose Today's Jobs from the Tasks menu.
- The Route List tab will show you:
- Jobs will be separated into 3 categories:
- Scheduled Jobs
- Jobs that are not completed from today and previous days.
- Completed Jobs
- Jobs that were scheduled for that day and Completed.
- Changed Bookings
- Jobs that were previously scheduled on that day and either rescheduled or skipped.
- Scheduled Jobs
- The Customer's address.
- The service that needs to be completed.
- The date the service is to be completed.
- Alerts for, if there are any new details.
- An option to Notify Customer that you are on the way.
- An option to reschedule the job.
- Jobs will be separated into 3 categories:

Under the Route List tab, select the green home icon
beside each Customer to view the following information:
- Get directions - this option will open Google Maps.
- Message Customer - this opens the MMC feature to message the Customer.
- Recommend Service - this will let you add recommended services for your Customer.
- Choose the Map tab to see the map of your area.

The Today's Jobs menu will have a list of all of your scheduled jobs for the day.
The home icon will give you options to:
Get Directions
Message Customer
Recommend Service
The Notify Customer button will let the Customer know that you are on the way to their property.
The Map tab will show a map of your area.
Notify the Customer
- Go to Today's Jobs
- Find the Customer you would like to notify.
- Select the Notify Customer button under that Customer's name.
- Choose the orange Yes, Notify Customer button at the bottom of the screen.

An alert will appear saying "Would you like to notify this Customer at this address that you are on the way?"
Yes, Notify Customer - will send the notification to the Customer.
Both Yes and No options will lead to the job details.
Enable & Disable the New Job Offer Alerts
- Select the hamburger
icon on the upper left-hand side of the Tasks dashboard to see the side menu.
- Then, go to Settings.
- Next, choose Notification Preferences.
- You can toggle the Receive new job offers switch ON if you want to receive job offers and turn it OFF if you don't like to receive any.

If your Notification Preferences is turned off, your account will be Paused which means:
- You're able to continue to service your current Customers but will no longer receive new Customers.
- If you need to stop working completely for more than a few weeks, reach out to Support to discuss your options.
The switch will be green if it is on
If it is turned off, it will be gray.
Search for a Customer
- Select the hamburger
icon on the upper left-hand side of the Tasks dashboard to see the side menu.
- Select Customer Search.

You may enter one of the following to search for the Customer:
- Customer's name
- Customer's email,
- Customer's address
- Choose the magnifying glass to search.
- Select which customer you are searching for to see the additional details.
- You will often need to locate a customer in the app to be able to perform certain actions such as:
- Viewing the Customer's subscription
- Messaging the Customer
- Getting directions to the property
- Submitting a recommended service
- Checking Customer reviews

The Customer Search feature makes it easier to locate a Customer if you need to:
Drop the Customer
Submit a pause/cancel request from that Customer
Reschedule for that Customer
The search function will find any Customers you are currently servicing that are associated with the information you provided. Past customers will not be shown.
It auto-suggests names based on what you type, you may choose from the list that will appear so there is no need to type in the full name, email, or address.
By selecting the magnifying glass icon, all of your Customers with matching information that you searched for will be populated.
See Available Jobs

Once there are available jobs, they will be visible on your app's Tasks dashboard. Simply go to Jobs Available to start browsing through them.
- Job offers will be offered based on their proximity to your starting point, within a 15-mile radius.
- In some cases, you might also receive job offers for services that are more than 15 miles away from your starting point. This could happen if there are fewer Pros available in that particular area at that time.
- On the next page, you'll find a map displaying price bubbles, and the locations of available jobs along with their respective prices.
- You can scroll through the available jobs by choosing the right and left arrows.

Choose a job card to proceed to the following page where you can view the property and service details.

Below are the job details that you will see when viewing available jobs.
- Access Restrictions
- Gate size
- Last service date
- Pets on property
- Property size
- What days of the week the job is being offered
- Additional work requests
- Proximity from your current customers
- Payout amount
- Frequency and property scope
- If it is a corner lot or not
- Customer notes

Below are the job details that you will see when viewing available jobs.
- If you are eligible for Auto Placement, you can have jobs automatically added to your schedule.

Browse jobs by selecting the left and right arrows.
- Right arrow - goes to the next available job
- Left arrow - takes you back to the previous job on the list
A job card will have the service, frequency, and price.
