New Feature:
Providers can manually quote properties before a visit. Pros will be prompted to review manual quotes before visiting the property to see if a quote can be provided.
Intro
If a Customer requests a service beyond the scope of our regular mowing service, you can suggest an Additional Service. You'll have the opportunity to input service details and set your price. Once the Customer approves the quote, the job will be scheduled on your Calendar for completion.

Before You Begin
- Make sure that you have the LawnStarter or Lawn Love app downloaded.
- Make sure that you have your login credentials for the app.

Recommend Service After First Job
- After you are done with your first service and have marked it as complete, you will be directed to the Recommend Services screen.
- You can choose which service you would like to recommend to your Customer.
- Check the box beside the service(s) you want to recommend. You can select multiple services to recommend.
- If the service is not listed, please choose Other.
- Choose Price Service
- Enter the service details:

Your Price
- This should be the price you want to get paid for this job.
- The Customer's total will appear on the right-hand side of the screen automatically when a price is entered.

How many people will work on the job?
- If the required service is labor-intensive, you can list multiple people to complete the job. This will also set the Customer's expectations on the number of people arriving at the property.

How many hours will the job take?
- Providing an estimated time to complete the job will help you plan out your day and again, set the Customer's expectations.

Your Price
- After adding the service details, select Next.

On the next screen, you will need to add more details about the Additional Service.
- Where on the property?
- Full yard
- Front yard
- Left side
- Back yard
- Right side
- Enter Details of the work to be performed.
- Here you will need to provide the details of the scope of work. Please be as detailed as possible.
- Enter at least 50 characters or you will not be able to proceed.
- You will be able to + upload photos of the areas you want to service.
- This will help the Customer have a better understanding of where and why you want to perform this work.
- Where on the property?
- After that, choose a schedule for you to perform the service.
- There will be a warning message to verify the schedule with the Customer if the chosen schedule is too close.
- This is to ensure that Customers have enough time to review the quote.

- Choose Submit.
- After submitting, there will be a confirmation message about your recommendation.
- If you recommended just one service, you will be prompted to choose Finish to go back to the Tasks Dashboard.
- You have submitted the quote. Once the Customer approves the quote, it will be added to your schedule.
- Do not perform the service until it is approved.
- If you recommended multiple services, you have the following options:
- Stop For Now - to exit to your Tasks Dashboard
- Quote (service) - proceed to the next service to quote.
Recommend Service Manually
- Select the House icon on the Customer's Job Details screen
- Before putting in the quote, verify that the Customer has not already requested an Additional Service.
- When you log in to the app, you will be on the Tasks Dashboard.
- Select Today's Jobs
- If the Customer is paused, find them through the Customer Search option and enter either the name, email, or address.
- Next, select the House icon next to the Customer's address.
- Select Recommend Service.
- On the Service Quote screen, select the service the Customer requested.
- If the service is not listed, please choose Other.
- All of the options will lead to the same page.
- Next, select Recommend Service.
- Enter the Job Details
- On the next screen, you will be asked a few questions:

- Move the green box to the date that you would like to perform the service.
- Should you choose today's date, the app will prompt you to confirm with the Customer, as they require time to approve the quote.
- Select Submit.
- Select Finish.
- You have submitted the quote. Once the Customer approves the quote, it will be added to your schedule.
- Do not perform the service until it is approved.
