[Pro] How to: See Upcoming Jobs

Intro

You can make changes to jobs on your schedule such as recommending additional services, rescheduling, or reporting problems.  By looking at the Calendar on the LawnStarter/Lawn Love app, you can choose which day you would like to view. This article will show you how to see your coming jobs on your schedule. 

Before You Begin

• Make sure that you have the LawnStarter or Lawn Love app downloaded.
• Make sure that you have your credentials to log in to the app. 

Go to the Dashboard on your LawnStarter/Lawn LoveApp

• When you sign in to your LawnStarter/Lawn Love app, you will be on the Dashboard.
• From the Tasks Dashboard, select the hamburger menu button.

Select Calendar

• Select the arrow by Calendar on the Menu
• Select the day of the month that you wish to view.
  
  • There will be a box around the current day.  
  • You can scroll up or down to see previous or future months.
  • The colors of the numbers on the calendar have meaning.
    • If they are gray, that means that all jobs for that day are completed. 
    • If they are blue, that means there are upcoming jobs on that day.
    • If they are red, that means that the jobs are late.
  • The jobs will be include in 3 categories.
    • Scheduled Jobs
      • Jobs that are scheduled from Today and previous days that have not been completed or rescheduled.
    • Completed Jobs
      • Jobs that were scheduled for today that were completed.
    • Changed Bookings
      • Jobs that were previously scheduled on that day. 
• Select the arrow by the job you wish to view or make changes to or see the details.
