Quoted jobs are services that are not included in a basic Lawn Mowing Service. There are two types of quoted jobs, Instant Quotes and Manual Quotes. Below are Frequently Asked Questions about both types of quotes.

What does it mean when I receive a manual quote request?
When you receive a manual quote request, this means your customer has requested additional work, which is outside of mowing, on their property.
How do I quote the price for a manual quote?
You need to assess the job in order to quote the price. You will need to look at the property and determine the amount of hours, number of people, and supplies that the job will require.
How long do I have to submit a price for a Manual Quote?
You have until the next scheduled service to respond and submit the price for the quote.
Will I get a Trip Fee for going to the Customer's property to make a quote?
You can add a $12 Trip Fee to the total price of the quote if there is no lawn mowing scheduled, and you are only providing a quote.
Can I start the service before the Customer approves a Manual Quote?
The Customer must approve the quote before you start the service or you are not guaranteed to get paid.
What if the Customer did not provide enough details in the quote request?
You can reach out to the Customer through the Messaging feature in the app to get clarity.
What if I cannot complete the requests the Customer has in a quote request?
You can decline the quote or put in a recommended service for the Customer and include all of the details of the work you will perform and your price.
Are photos required with Manual Quotes?
Only After photos are required, although we suggest taking Before photos as well as it helps with any Customer dispute.
What happens if I decline a Manual Quote?
If you decline a Manual Quote, there is a chance that your Customer could be dropped to find another Pro that can complete the request from the Customer.
How are the prices set for Instant Quotes?
Depending on the details that the Customer enters, a price will be generated by the system. Please make sure the details are correct before completing the job.
What do I do if the Instant Quote price is too low?
Do not accept it. You will not lose the Customer if you decline an Instant Quote.
What happens if I drop an Instant Quote after I accept it?
You will lose the property if you drop the Instant Quote after you accept it.
Is the cost of materials included in an Instant Quote?
Yes.
