Intro
The frequency is how often a service is performed. If you visit a property on the usual schedule and there is too little or too much growth, you may need to recommend a different frequency. This article will show you how to recommend a different service frequency for Lawn Mowing Services to the Customer.

Before You Begin
- Download the LawnStarter/Lawn Love Provider app.
- Be sure that you have your sign-in credentials for the app.

- From your Task dashboard, select Today's Jobs.
- Look for the Customer's Address from the schedule and tap on the Lawn Mowing service.
- Select Other at the bottom of the Job Details.
Select Recommend Different Service Frequency
- Under Service Scheduling Issue section and select Recommend different service frequency.
- Under What frequency would you like to suggest? select the desired mowing frequency.
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Monthly
- Under Anything else you'd like to tell the Customer? you can type a message to the Customer.
- Select Submit.
- This sends a request to the Customer and you will be notified when the Customer approves the change.
- You will be taken back to the Job Details screen and you can see the frequency has not changed because the Customer
