New Feature:
Providers can manually quote properties before a visit. Pros will be prompted to review manual quotes before visiting the property to see if a quote can be provided.
Intro
Customers have the option of requesting a service from you. Depending on the service, the Customer can put in an Instant Quote or a manual quote. With Instant Quotes, the price is predetermined. A manual quote allows you to respond with your specified price.

Before You Begin
- Make sure you are logged into the LawnStarter or Lawn Love Pro app.

Responding to an Instant Quote
- Log into the LawnStarter/Lawn Love Pro app.
- On the Tasks Dashboard, select Instant Quotes.
- On the Instant Quotes screen, you will be able to see which Customer created the Instant quote and then select Respond.
- The next screen will show you the details and payout of the quote.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen, to accept the quote, scroll down to the bottom of the page then select either Accept Quote, Decline, or Reschedule.
- If you accept the quote, you will see a confirmation message with the date of the service on the next page. Select Ok to complete the process.

If you decide not to accept the Instant Quote after reviewing the Quote Details and Customer Request Details, select Decline.

The app will take you to a screen to offer a different price.

You can either select a different price or put in any price and Select Next.
- If you still would like to decline the quote, you can enter your reason (at least 50 characters) and then select Decline.

- If you want to accept the Instant Quote for a different day, select Reschedule.
- Currently, the app does not support rescheduling directly for Instant Quotes. To do so, you need to communicate with the Customer through the messaging section.
Responding to a Manual Quote
- On your Today's Jobs, you will see a quote on your schedule, select the arrow by the quote.
- Select either Decline, Reschedule, or Give Quote.
- If you select Decline, you will be asked to give the reason you are declining.
- You can select more than one.
- If you have more information to share, you can add it under Anything else we should know?
- Select Decline.
- If select Reschedule. Put in the date, reason for rescheduling, and additional details.
- Make sure you add at least 30 characters in the additional details.
- This only reschedules the quote, not the actual job. Once you give the quote, you can schedule the actual job.
- Select Reschedule.
- If you select Give Quote, you will be prompted to put in the price, how many people are working on the job, and how many estimated hours the job will take.
- Select Next.
- Add any important details of the quote. Be sure to include as many as possible so that the Customer is clear on what you will be doing. Select Next again.
- You can select the same day to perform the job or another day. Select Next.
- If you select a price above the Customer's budget, the app will tell you. You can submit a backup quote for the same price or do it for a lower price. need two or three more screenshots.
- If you select Decline, you will be asked to give the reason you are declining.
