No. We currently do not offer or support Snow Removal services.
I can provide Snow Removal services. Can I offer this to my Customers?
Yes. If you can provide Snow Removal services (arrange scheduling, pricing, and payment directly with Customers outside of their regular mowing or other additional services), you can offer this to your Customers.
We encourage you to discuss this service with your Customer in the messaging inbox as this will help you stay within the policy and avoid confusion.
Why do I need to discuss Snow Removal in the messaging inbox when you do not offer this service?
Discussions regarding Snow Removal are encouraged in the messaging inbox so there is an easy place for both you and your Customer to revisit your discussion/agreement details and to avoid confusion which may cause a policy violation.
If I offer Snow Removal services that you don't provide, will I get an infraction? Is this seen as Poaching or Solicitation?
No, you will not get an infraction nor will this be seen as poaching or solicitation if you offer Snow Removal services. You are allowed to offer this service directly to Customers at this time, all other additional services must be quoted through the App.
However, arranging services or payments for services we offer outside the App breaks our rules and can lead to discipline, including account deactivation.
What if my Customer has an issue with the Snow Removal service I provided, will you help me fix it?
No, we cannot provide support for you and your Customer as Snow Removal is not offered in the App and was arranged outside of it.
Where can my Customer pay for the Snow Removal Service I will provide?
Your Customer can pay you directly for Snow Removal since we don't offer this service, and it was arranged outside the App.
What happens to related services if the Required Service date changes/is rescheduled?
