Intro
A Crew refers to one or more individuals who aid the Pro Account holder by carrying out tasks independently. If you have multiple crews handling various jobs simultaneously and wish to grant them the ability to mark jobs as complete on their own, follow these instructions to establish them as a crew within the app. Each crew member will have their own login credentials but will only have restricted access to specific features.

Before You Begin
- Log in using your registered email and the password you set.
- Ensure your App is up to date.
- Have the Crew's information ready.
Add or Edit a Crew
- Select the hamburger menu button on the top left corner of the screen after logging into your Pro App.
- Choose Crews from the drop-down menu.
- Select the plus sign on the top right of the Crews screen to add a Crew.
- Or, select the pencil icon on the corresponding crew that will need edits.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Address for the Starting Location.
- Assigning a starting location for each crew will help the app calculate the nearest and most efficient route between the Crew and your Customers' location.

First & Last Name.
- The Crew's first and last names so they can be easily identified.

Email.
- Each Crew must have a separate email address so they can have their own login.
- This will allow them to use the app functions, like marking services as completed, however, they will have limited access to certain features.

Phone Number.
- The download link for the app will be sent to the phone number provided by the Crew.
- We will not be able to send a link to download the app without this information.

Password.
- You, the Crew leader, will be the one to update the password for your Crew's log-in.
- Since the app doesn't have a Remove Crew function, you can easily edit the existing crew's information to deactivate them.
- Address for the Starting Location.

Do not forget to check the box for Text link to download mobile app in order for the Crew member to receive the download link
- If this is not checked, your crew will not be able to receive the downlink link.
Delete a Crew
- Select the hamburger menu button on the top left corner of the screen after logging into your Pro App.
- Choose Crews from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Crew Profile you wish to delete.
- Under Save, press Delete Crew.

When prompted:

Are you sure you want to delete this crew permanently?
- Press Continue.

Are you sure you want to delete this crew permanently?
- The Crew Profile will now be gone from the list.
