Intro
As a LawnStarter/Lawn Love Pro, you'll be paid for completed jobs through direct deposit via Stripe, a third-party billing platform. It is important that you have the correct bank account information to avoid issues with your payout. To get started, you'll need to provide your bank details and link them to Stripe.

Before You Begin
- You should have already registered your tax information.
- Prepare your bank account information.
- Use the latest version of the Pro App.
- Due to the sensitive nature of this information, all updates to your banking information must be entered through the app.

Link your Bank Information
Linking Bank Account on the App
- After you have added your tax information, you will need to link your bank account.
- Log in to the App and select the Hamburger menu.
- Go to Settings
- Continue to Bank Info.
- On the Bank Info page, read the disclaimer about Stripe, then press the button that says Link Bank Account.
- If you cannot connect to Stripe, you can manually verify your bank information instead.
- Select your bank. If you do not see your bank listed, type the bank name in the search bar.
- If you receive an error message, you can return to the Stripe agreement screen and select Manually verify instead to manually enter your bank information.
- Log in to your bank's website using your username and password for your bank and select Sign On.
- If you have multiple accounts, select which account you would like to receive your direct deposit in. It must be a checking account.
- Select Continue to return to your Settings page.
Linking Bank Account on the Web
- After loggin to your Pro account on the web, click your name on the top right side of your dashboard.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- From the Settings page, choose Bank Info.
- Then, click the Link Bank Account button on the bottom.
- I will ask you to Agree and continue to Stripe's terms.
Update your Bank Information
- After you log into the app, select the Hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Bank Info.
- The app will show you the bank name and the last four digits of the account that you currently have on file. To change it, select the replace your account link.
- Confirm you want to proceed by selecting the Replace Account button.
- You will then be asked to agree to Stripe's Terms and Privacy Policy. Select Agree to continue.
- Select your bank from the list of banks shown. If you do not see your bank, then type the name of your bank in the search bar.
- Select which of your account you would like your payouts to be deposited in and then select Link Account.
- After you have successfully linked your account, select Done to return to your Dashboard.
- If you receive an error message, you can return to the Stripe agreement screen and select Manually verify instead to manually enter your bank information.
