Intro
When you submit an account deletion request, your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be permanently removed from our system. This action will prevent you from logging into your account, and it cannot be reversed. Additionally, after the deletion, you will no longer receive any notifications from LawnStarter or Lawn Love.

Before You Begin
- To log in, use your registered email and the password you set. Ensure that none of the following conditions apply, as they will prevent you from deleting your account:
- You have a pending payment.
- You owe money to LawnStarter or Lawn Love.
- Your account is linked to potential fraud.
- You should be signed in as the Main Crew.
Delete Account
- Select the hamburger menu button in the top left corner of the screen after logging into your Pro App.
- Go to Settings at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Select Account Management on the Settings page.
- Then, choose Account Deletion
- You will receive a warning that the action can’t be undone.

Choose to Confirm or Cancel.
- Your account will be deleted when you confirm.
