Is it payday?

Was there a holiday at the beginning of the week?
A bank holiday at the beginning of the week can cause a delay in receiving your electronic deposit. See this link for a list of Federal Holidays. Federal Reserve Holiday Schedule
Is your bank routing and account number correct?
Please verify to make sure that both your bank account and bank routing number are correct.
Were there refunds on your account?
Please log in to your Pro account online to confirm any potential refunds or property damage debits that surpass your payout.
If a debit was applied for any reason and the debit is more than or equal to your payout you will not receive an electronic deposit for that week.
How to view your individual payout?
You can check your Billing History on the website to see the individual payouts and when they are due. Please refer to How-to: View the Itemized Payout for instructions.

Is your bank information correct in the system?
Verify to make sure that both your bank account and routing number have been entered correctly.
Is your Social Security Number or Employee Identification Number Correct?
Please verify either your SSN or EIN to make sure that this was entered correctly.
You have verified all of your information and there is still an issue.
If all of your information is correct and your account still shows as unverified, contact Support.
