[Pro] How-to: View Performance & Tiers

Intro

The Pro App incorporates rewards and a metric system to promote fairness. Within the Pro app, you will have access to view your tier, rewards, and the specific criteria necessary to advance to the next tier.

Before You Begin

• Be sure you are logged into the Pro app on your phone, tablet, or computer to be able to see your Performance. 

Select Performance

• Sign into the app
• Select the hamburger button.
• Select Performance.

Select Learn How it Works

• Select Explore our new program.
  • This will help you learn about our new Pro tier system.
• You can select each tier to see the required metrics. 
  • Your tier is determined by the lowest tier reflected in your metrics.
  • For example, if you Average Rating and Job Completion falls into the Platinum tier requirements, but your Job Cancellation rate falls into the Silver tier requirements, then you will be in the Silver tier.

Select Metric

• You will be able to view your metrics.
• To learn more about the metrics, you can select the arrow next to each metric. You can select the arrow at the top to go back.

View Rewards

• To learn more about the rewards, scroll down to select View Rewards. 
• You can select LEARN MORE under the reward that you want to learn more about. 
  • Select OK when you are done reviewing that reward.

Explore Tier System Guidelines

• To leave the Rewards page, make you can go to the Performance page by selecting Performance at the top. 
  • If you are already on the Performance page, scroll down more to learn about our tier system by selecting Explore Tier System Guidelines. 
• You can select the arrow by each tier to learn the details of the metrics and rewards of each tier.  
• Select the arrow at the top to go back to the Performance screen
  • If you are already on the Performance screen, select the hamburger menu button at the top left to go back to your dashboard.
