Intro
Accidents happen to the best of us. If you or your crew have caused any damage to a Customer's property, it's best to report it and get ahead of the problem before the Customer has the opportunity to find the damage on their own. This article will guide you through the process.

Before You Begin
- You will need to be logged into the app.
- Take photos of the damage and save them to the gallery of your device so they are easily retrievable.
Report Property Damage
- On the Tasks screen select Today's Jobs.
- Select the property the damage occurred on.
- At the bottom of the Job Details screen select Other.
- From the Choose Issue screen go to the Other section and select Contact Support.
- Next, you will be asked "What is the issue you're experiencing?", choose Service from the dropdown list.
- When asked "What is the service issue?", select Report damage at the property.
- After that, add important details about the damage. Include the following information:
- Date and time the damage occurred
- The area on the property where the damage is located
- How it happened
- Upload photos of the damage by selecting Upload Photos.
- We strongly suggest taking the photos and saving them in the gallery of your device before beginning the reporting process.
- Select Submit.
- Once completed you will see the report on the Job Details screen in the Job Notes for that property.
