Anytime an issue stops you from fully completing a service it should be reported. This article will guide you through the step for reporting issues at a Customers property.

Before You Begin
- Make sure that you have the LawnStarter or Lawn Love Pro app downloaded.
- Make sure that you have your login credentials.

Report a Property Issue
- From the Tasks screen, choose Today's Jobs.
- Select the address in which you want to report an issue.
- Select Other

Select Property Issue
- From the Choose Issue screen, look for Property Issue and select the reason.
- Pet in yard
- Gate locked
- Car in way

Property obstruction or access issue

Pet waste
- Mow around as much as the pet waste as possible.
- Debris in the yard
- Other This does not include weather-related issues such as rain or snow.

Pet waste
- If you choose Pet in the yard, Gate locked, or Car in the way, a Policy Review screen will appear and you will be prompted to take the following actions.

Knock on the door and see if the customer can help.
- If they are not able, then complete as much of the yard as possible.
- Complete this report to tell us what you finished.

If you complete:
- Part of the property, you will get a full payout.
- None of the property, you will get a trip fee reimbursement if your tier is eligible.
- Pros are required to have GPS turned on and ping at the customer's address.
